Hello Tomas, Hot tub arrived punctually! Looks great. I enjoyed shopping in your company. We tired it on the second Christmas holiday. Outside, it was around 0 degrees Celsius, strong wind and hailstorms. The temperature in the tub was 38 degrees Celsius. We sat relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed the contrast to the weather. I bought a hot tub and I have to say the communication with Thomas was great. The promised delivery dates were met. Of course there is always a residual risk if you pay in advance, but in that case I can only say everything was as promised and is a great hot tub and really fun. Frank
